Cancellation, Rescheduling and Lateness

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of booked service time, and cancellation due to lateness of over 20 minutes(15minutes for Russian Mink) will be charged a $20 fee, which will be added to your next booking. 

10% Discount - Return Within 3 Weeks

If you return within 3 weeks you will receive a 10% discount. All lashes that are out of condition will be removed and refilled to bring them back to looking their best.

If Anything Goes Wrong

In extremely rare cases of an allergic reaction, the extensions will be immediately removed free of charge. Common allergic reaction symptoms are redness and swelling around the eyes which normally show up on the next day of your lash appointment. In such circumstance please contact your doctor as soon as possible for proper treatment. Please understand, refund is unavailable for allergic reactions.
